#39/52 – Travel
Earlier this week, while doing some research for another photo theme, I came across a lavender farm about an hour and a half from our house. Lavender Hills of Kentucky is located in Brooksville, KY, and I am so glad we made the trip. Can’t wait until “lavender season” next year to go back and see it all in bloom!
There were a few stray plants still blooming, and the owner gave us a tour of the farm. They have the cutest little gift shop there…and we came away with some candles, lavender sugar and blackberry lavender jam!

Love it Bonnie!

Love the way the lavender almost looks sugar coated itself!
