Capture What Counts Photography

Day 24 – Water Park Fun

On Saturday, we decided to head to some local parks that we had never been to.  First we went to Mt. Airy Forest, but there wasn’t much to do there, so we wound up at Winton Woods in Cincinnati.  There was an arboretum that we walked through, complete with small pond and a gazebo.  After that we decided to rent a pedal boat and take a tour around the harbor.  Not such a great idea on a 90 degree day.  Rob and I had jelly legs and were soaked with sweat by the time we got back to the dock.  Oh well…nice family time, right?  LOL!  Then we took Macy to the “wet playground” which was basically a spray water park.  She really had a good time there cooling off and playing in the water.  I have been wanting to get some water photos since I’ve seen some others post them and I think they’re really awesome.  I think I captured some of the movement of the water, and of course I captured Macy having a blast!

Looks like Macy had a great time. I love these kinds of water parks–they’re great photo opportunities. You captured the energy and movement really well–and the colors pop, making for a very interesting photo.
