Day 195 – Poinsettia Tree

Today, Macy and I and my niece Bridgette went to Cincinnati’s Krohn Conservatory to see the Christmas display.  I have to say I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience, but I was able to get a few great photos.  One of the main attractions there was the poinsettia tree.  It’s pretty freaking cool when you’re standing in front of it.

  1. How beautiful! And I like what you did with the editing. Is that the “matte”?

    • Z, all I did was add a vignette which blurs the edges. I used Picnik, and made the vignette black.

    • Thank you! That tree was very pretty. I’m glad I was able to catch it without too many people standing around it!
