Day 245 – Corpus Christi

This is a building in Newport, KY that used to be a Catholic School.  It’s an apartment building now, and I think it would be amazing to reside in such a fabulous building!

  1. I would love to live in something like that too. There’s probably a lot of charming architectural details. I could do my 365 without ever stepping outside. LOL Great picture. Thanks for sharing.

I love this piece of classic architecture…all of the repeating shapes and the heavy texture really compliments each other! You have me yearning to see the inside! What kind of processing did you do on this?? I like it!

    • I know…I wanted to go inside very badly. I’m pretty sure the front door was locked, and nobody came in or out for me to see. I used the HDR effect in Picnik. I know lots of people are not fans of it, but I loved it on this building!

    • LOL Yes I did. Some things it works awesomely well with, some not so much. This one…win win! 🙂
